Hysterectomy Scar Has Anyone Ever Had A "c-section Scar Removal With A Hysterectomy?"?

Has anyone ever had a "c-section scar removal with a hysterectomy?"? - hysterectomy scar

My doctor (actually recommended 3 HD), I, a hysterectomy, but no one has suggested that I, because the article, by Caesarean section may contain endometriosis in the tissues of the skin removed (the pain it causes experienced in the last 4 years, since one was able to identify the cause) ..... proposes a "cut" the scar of Section C, and open hysterectomy. I can not find anything online about doing this type of procedure, and I'm a little wary of it. Suggestions ??????
