Diving Strobe Where Are The Best Places For Shore Diving?

Where are the best places for shore diving? - diving strobe

I Sunset House in Grand Cayman and one or two places near the city of Cozumel. I have also tried to Bonaire with a truck, but found messages in the most difficult year for the housing and strobe lights. Roatan have not tried, but I've heard that insects a problem - are at least at certain times of the year. TIA
