Leg Tendonitis Can I Do Yoga With Patellar Tendonitis?

Can i do yoga with patellar tendonitis? - leg tendonitis

In undergo physical therapy for patellar tendinitis in both legs (too much, the very flat feet)

Yoga could be done without touching her knees? Thank you!

I do not see why would be yoga, it is worse. The patellar tendinitis is usually the result of blows outs of such a work, such as running and jumping. Low impact activities such as hiking, biking, yoga, etc. should not cause your symptoms worsen. My love my current athletes analgesic called Shadow, BIOFREEZE similar, but better. Put this in front of the yoga and yoga when you return to the ice on the knee 15 to 20 minutes.

Basically aggrevate no, but some positions may, as the "tree". Be sure to discuss specific issues with the PT
