How do you safely ship a large stretch canvas painting? - packing and shipping supplies

I need to know to get where packaging, and how to package it securely so it is not broken or something. Also, how long dry (oil / acrylic), before being packed for shipment, so alien to any impressions on the surface? And finally, the use what the best service? (He is) not from the United States. There are several possibilities.

"A" section of the painting. Pack in bubble wrap and cardboard before being wrapped in paper.

Custom made boxes in a plastic box with bubble wrap. (expensive, because the field can be used 1 time)

Write a promoter of professional art. Source of packaging materials. Be sure to enter the correct dimensions of his art. I'm not an American citizen, not really recommend you to any service.

Acrylic can move the "day after". Oil, depends on your style. Personally, I do not think you move the oil for at least a few months a year.
