I'm 90% sure that the program ... (Pilot) was missing .... See if you can download from the Gateway Web site.
If this still does not work after loading the right driver .... have to dismantle it, but I do not recommend that a normal person ....
Yep. Loosen the device supports it (I use my thumbnail), and cleaned with alcohol. I use an alcohol swab. Works like new.
